Meetings and cafes provide a safe place for chestfeeding, breastfeeding, and human milk feeding support and information in a friendly, accepting atmosphere. The meetings and cafes are free and led by volunteer Leaders, who are experienced with breastfeeding and are accredited by La Leche League International.
Whether you are pregnant, just starting your journey, successfully chest/breastfeeding, or supporting a lactating family, you are welcome! Children are welcome, too!

You may be wondering if there is a difference between meetings and cafes. Both meetings and cafes offer support, information, and resources.
Meetings include a topic of interest to discuss after all questions have been shared. Cafes are a more casual meeting for support and socializing with no specific topic.
Bring your questions to both!! Your questions are always the first priority!
